“We remember them” – together we publicly acknowledge our sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and grandchildren who have died before us and let other bereaved families know that they are not alone, that TCFV exists.
TCFV recognises that the loss of a sibling can continue to have a profound impact on the individual for many years after the event. To help deliver this groundbreaking program – providing an online chat-based peer support service specifically for bereaved siblings, aged 18-30 years – we are looking for bereaved siblings who are interested in providing peer support to other bereaved siblings.
We are hopeful that in coming months the Centre can make a partial-to-complete return to Centre-based operations, but that time is not quite yet. Ensuring safety for our communities and ourselves is paramount.
