We would like to welcome all the men within TCFV to our second Cook & Chat. It is open to all our bereaved fathers, brothers and grandfathers. Please come along to mix and chat with other bereaved men in a relaxed, welcoming environment. This event supports a sense of mateship and wellbeing, while dealing with your grief as well.

Natasha Ballingall – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV.

Watercolour Workshop – “Flowers” with Chris Hermans

We are very lucky to have Chris Hermans to facilitate a watercolour workshop for us this year. Watercolour is unique in that it creates it’s own picture, with only a little bit of help from the ‘artist’ within us all. This workshop is entitled ’Flowers’. Please note: there are limited places for this workshop.

We are delighted to have Kerry McDougall facilitate a therapeutic activity - “Express yourself through Art” for all TCFV members.

Kerry is an experienced volunteer, counsellor, art therapist and published author. Kerry found creative self-expression after the loss of her daughter Leah and husband Peter.
