Express Yourself Through Art classes use the creative process of arts making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Canterbury Book Club

The Compassionate Friends Victoria Centre 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury, Victoria, Australia

The Book Club is an opportunity to discuss books that we’ve read which explore grief and
bereavement. We will also look at books that examine subjects such as self-care and spirituality through the lens of grief. Furthermore, the Book Club offers the opportunity to explore what’s available at the TCFV Library.
