The Compassionate Friends Victoria, in conjunction with Lifeline and Support After Suicide are hosting a walk along the Yarra River to commemorate World Suicide Day. Anyone touched by suicide is welcome to join.

We want to end the secrecy and stigma that surrounds suicide.

The Compassionate Friends Worldwide Candle Lighting unites family and friends around the globe in lighting candles for one hour to honour the memories of our sons, daughters, brothers and sisters.

Highlights: Poems and readings by bereaved parents and siblings, candle lighting including the reading of loved one's names, sharing time, hugs, tears and laughter.
