Express Yourself Through Art classes use the creative process of arts making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Lauren Foster – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother of Rex – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV. |
