Lauren Foster – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother of Rex – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV. |

Due to some of the sensitive nature around some of the books members may be reading, it is recommended that members are two years along in their grief journey before attending book club.
