Self-Care During COVID-19
Online - Zoom eventWe would like to invite you to take part in our welcoming and supportive online discussion. In this session, we will explore ideas around self-care during the lockdown, and how being home-based and/or working from home can sometimes help or deepen our grief, as well as exchange ideas on how we can support ourselves and each other during difficult times such as these.

Online , AustraliaThis welcoming and friendly online envrionment provides bi-monthly peer support to regionally-based suicide bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents. (Feb, April, June, August, October, December)

Dia de los Muertos 2021 (Due to COVID restrictions this will be a Zoom event)
via Zoom , AustraliaJoin us for Día de los Muertos, part of a Mexican festival for family and friends to come together to celebrate and honour the lives of their deceased loved ones.
Have a photo of your child, sibling or grandchild to show, maybe a plate of their favourite food or snack to talk about. We will share stories about your loved one that make you smile.

Watercolour Workshop – “Flowers” with Chris Hermans

Watercolour is unique in that it creates it’s own picture, with only a little bit of help from the ‘artist’ within us all. This workshop is entitled ’Flowers’.
