It’s about connection\, remembrance and helping light the way through grief.\n\nSet against Melbourne’s sparkling night skyline\, Illuminate 48 brings our community together for a three-hour boat cruise with food\, drinks\, music\, dancing and moments of remembrance as we celebrate 48 years of TCFV.\n\nFunds raised will help TCFV continue providing peer support to bereaved parents\, siblings and grandparents\, helping ensure no family has to navigate life after loss alone.\n\nOur event is proudly supported by Party Boat Cruises. Claire from Party Boats shares her story of sibling loss\, “My mum lost my baby sister when she was pregnant with me\, and it changed everything about how she parented. I grew up knowing someone was missing and so sad that I didn’t have the opportunity to know her. A big thank you to TCFV for all you do to support bereaved families.” \nIS ILLUMINATE RIGHT FOR ME?\nIlluminate 48 is a social evening with music\, dancing and an upbeat atmosphere\, alongside opportunities to remember and honour those we love.\nEveryone is welcome. We understand that grief is different for everyone\, and we encourage you to choose the events and support that feel right for you.\nIf you are looking for a quieter space to connect and share your grief\, our in-person and online support groups may be a better fit at this time.\n\n\n\n\nEVENT DETAILS\n\n\n\n\nFriday 27 November 2026 | 6:30pm – 9:30pm\n\nDeparture: 131 Harbour Esplanade\, Docklands\nA short walk from Southern Cross Station.\n\nTickets: $80 per person\, including:\n\n3-hour boat cruise\nCanapés and grazing table\nTwo complimentary drinks (beer\, wine or soft drink)\nEntry into the lucky door prize\n\nAdditional drinks are available at bar prices.\n\nCurrent TCFV volunteers receive $10 off their ticket.
